Very happy to introduce our new group member — Jaswanth Bommidi

Here is a brief self-introduction for him:
I am Jaswanth Bommidi born in Visakhapatnam, India. I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (an integrated 5-year course) at Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras. My previous research experience is in Experimental Metallurgy, where I worked on the characterization of deformation mechanisms, sintering of materials and coating adhesions using Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-ray Diffraction. I am very excited to work with Dr. Haixuan Xu’s group in Deformation behavior of materials using Computational tools.
Research Interests:
I am interested to work in Deformation Behavior of materials in FCC and multicomponent alloys using Molecular Dynamics Simulations
